I gave myself about 3-4 minutes between rounds. Also, I was doing full squat cleans. That's what the guys at the regional were doing.

I think you will really like this one! When I do my 1 rep maxes on this, I take a long time to get set up and focused. This WOD did not allow for that, and I had a bunch of drops at pretty low weight (165# & 175#) considering my max is 205#.

both failures were on the clean portion. had i been successful there it would have went overhead. this was an interesting concept that brings some new considerations to the table.
