since you've already broken the elusive 2:00 barrier, now it's a matter of how much lower can you get.

nice to see the bb complex in there. hopefully you don't have anything left for it. might be a better idea to do the complexes as warm up and not go as heavy. you don't want that 115# complex in the back of your mind while doing the sprint, you might subconsciously save something.

BB complexes were good. I'm doing them heavy for a reason. Focusing on stength this winter.
