145 Shoulder Press
315 Deadlift

I honestly thought I'd be able to back squat more, but not having squat racks at home has kept me from training heavy back squats. I was a little disappointed with the deadlift as well. Now that I have a place to go heavy, I hope to really boost those numbers.

Nice work Bruce. Starting points, that's the only way to look at those numbers. I weigh 10lbs more than you and our current deadlift and backsquat numbers are identical. I plan to get my backsquat back to 265-275 like it was a couple months back. Haven't done any pressing for a few months so I'm sure my number is way less than my pr of 165. Deadlift. Man, always been a weakness for me. I really want to get to 2.0 x bw on that. If I can get back under 170 and DL 345 I don't actually have that far to go. Just like everything, it's that last 10% that's the toughest though.
