Wow this ate my lunch. I didn't think I'd have a problem with the deads at 225, but had to break the last two rounds 3-2.

Ring Pushups:
32,19,18,15,16

3:30 rest between movements

Yeah but I petered out fast after that. We used a rom of "thumbs to nipples" at the bottom and the obvious "locked out" at the top. I also forgot to mention that the front squats were from the ground as you did.

I'm freakin drained. Thinking about doing "Run Cindy, Run" on Friday. Any takers?
