WOD

Max Rounds

Minute 1 - 1 Push-up
Minute 2 - 2 Push-ups
Minute 3 – 3 Push-ups
Minute 4 - 4 Push-ups...

With a continuously running clock do one pushup the first minute, two pushups the second minute, three pushups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
