1 round Tabata uphill sprints (20:10 x 8) or on treadmill 12% grade

Then: 50 Pull Ups for time.

I did the Tabata sprints on the treadmill at 12% grade. I've been wheezing ever since. Effed...Me...Up.

I was sort of loathed to do anything on the treadmill, but man it kicked my butt.

My 50 pullups after were a struggle. Just trying to fight off Pukie.
