impressive Bruce i'd be curious to see what your current squat clean 1rm would be i just recently got 215 and haven't tried the power version for 1rm in quite a while. logic says the full clean should yield a considerably higher load but that hasn't always been the case for me. they're usually the same or the full clean wins out but only by a few lbs.
