Max Reps body weight Front Squats
Max Reps Ring Push Ups

Rest as needed between sets

Do you have the per round breakdown? Or total squats vs pushups? I'm assuming a bw and load of 165? From the rack or ground? One more, about how long did you end up resting between movements?

165# from the ground, 2-3 minutes rest between sets. I'll put the breakdown up tonight.
