Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Hands got nasty about round 14.
how do you feel about "wods" like this one? do you think they make sense and why or why not? i've noticed you do them more than we do with pullups and pushups. i'm just curious if the volume is a good thing or not, especially if you can't do pullups for a week from thrashed hands or extreme soreness.
also, you in for 1775 on or around 11/10 ? later man
i did pushups instead:

I definitely see the value of a WOD like this. I wasn't that sore, and I was cautious with my hands. They're good. 5k tonight...bleh.
I am no authority on this type of WOD, but I can definitely see that it could improve stamina with single exercise. It also sounded much easier than it actually was. I may do the same with pushups some time.
