PR by 20lbs with 185. I attempted and failed on 205 and 195, then dropped back down to 185 for success

nice work man. your gains are steady and consistent. also wanted to say thanks for keeping this site alive, i owe a lot to bruce and psg - would have hated to see it dissappear

No problem. I'm happy to do it. Thanks for the encouragement. I'm really pleased with my strength progress. Have been working on really dialing in my diet with adequate protein and it seems to show up in the numbers.
