i don't know what i think about these recent open ended wods posted at the main site and now here. it's like seeing 90% of a painting or mapquesting an address and them leaving out the last few turns or like a great recipe with the amounts of key ingredients marked only with a "?"

see what i mean?

is it for time?
what's the load?
is it an alternating 1rm and 5rm max effort strength wod?

too much left to the imagination for me i guess.

thoughts?
answers?

If it was for time, I would definitely have said, "for time". I did 5 rounds of 1 Power Clean followed by 5 front squats. I did them as heavy as I could.

So whatever you could power clean you went ahead and front squatted or were the lifts done separately with squat stands or a rack for the f squats?
