"Goats and Goodies"

Top to bottom, 3 rounds for time of:
2 muscle ups
4 hspu
6 snatch @ 95
8 burpee box jumps @ 24
10 sumo deadlift high pull @ 95
12 double unders

I loved it dude! I did it in 12:33. That included some small problems with my rings so I think sub 12:00 is definitely possible next time I do it. And there WILL be a next time!!!

I finished in 14:00 and was beat. don't think i could shave 1:27 off yet. i wasted some time on the double unders by getting 11 and 1 all three rounds. i was also a little fearful of the snatch due to lack of training with that movement and should have gone a little faster thru those. the burpee box jumps were tough. overall i really liked it. only done a few wods with mu so i paced a little too much in that area as well. thanks for doing it and i'm glad you liked it. we'll both have to revisit it in 3 months or so.
