Great programming. As usual, when something looks "easy" it ends up eating my lunch. Thrusters into ATB was extremely sadistic. Couldn't breathe hanging there.

i forgot to add that i had to sub ATBs with weighted situps - that's why i was faster.

We don't do the "simple" movements like ATB very much, and only realize how difficult they can be in the middle of a workout like that.
