From watching this video and some others I've realized that I'm not going to full lockout at the bottom when doing multiple muscle ups. Gonna have to remedy that.

I'm a little surprised at your Cindy results, I thought for sure you'd smoke my 20 rounds. What was the limiting factor, pushups?

CF540 is a pretty sweet lookin' box! Can't believe Goob doesn't have somewhere like that in ICT to go. It's a shame.

Per Cindy...push ups, push ups, and push ups. Trevor did 26 rounds Rx'd :)

CF 540 is a sweet box and it's blowing up. In two weeks Trevor is moving to 5,000 sq. feet. I'm so pumped for him!

I wish you could have seen the pull up station in the vid. It's the shit.
