I altered this workout a little today (Monday 9/2) so i wouldn't have to do air squats in the middle of the neighborhood. Ran 2 miles (short break to catch my breath after mile 1) and 75 squats. 17:00 min

Are you ashamed of airsquats? But they look so hetero. Especially when done solo.
